Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Clymb collects, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use Clymb.

This Privacy Policy applies to Clymb's website and product experience, including Mission Control, Clymb Drive, Connections, onboarding flows, and billing pages.

What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and data generated through product usage.

  • Account data such as name, email, login identifiers, and profile details.
  • Workspace data such as brand profile fields, business context, and preferences.
  • Content data such as prompts, chat messages, generated outputs, and Drive documents.
  • Connection data such as linked social account identifiers and OAuth metadata.
  • Usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and request logs.
  • Billing data through payment providers; Clymb does not store full card numbers.

How We Use Data

We use your information to operate and improve Clymb.

  • Provide core product functionality across chat, generation, document workflows, and integrations.
  • Personalize outputs to the brand and workspace context you provide.
  • Authenticate users, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and secure accounts.
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, and billing operations.
  • Respond to support requests and service communications.
  • Improve model behavior and product quality using internal analytics and de-identified patterns.

AI Processing

Clymb uses third-party model providers and infrastructure services to process prompts and generate outputs. Data sent to those providers is limited to what is required to complete the request and operate the product. We do not knowingly use private customer data to train public models unless explicitly stated in a provider agreement.

Integrations and Third Parties

When you connect third-party services (for example social platforms), we receive tokens and account metadata needed to perform requested actions. Your use of those services is also subject to each provider's own terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet-based system is completely secure, but we continuously work to improve security controls and incident response.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information. You may also object to certain processing activities.

To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@useclymb.com.

International Transfers

Clymb and its service providers may process data in multiple countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers in accordance with applicable law.

Children

Clymb is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as Clymb evolves. When we make material changes, we will post an updated version on this page and update the effective date through normal release practices.
